Meet Fawn Brents

Fawn Brents is the founder and owner of Kansas City Real Estate, Inc. With over twenty year’s experience, she has a broad understandingof all aspects of real estate marketing and sales.  

Kansas City Real Estate, Inc. is licensed on both sides of the Kansas/Missouri state line. As a native of Kansas City, Fawn can assist you in choosing the area of K.C. that is best for you.  

From 1993 to 2009 Fawn managed her own award-winning sales team and placed among the top 1% of Realtors nation-wide. In 2009 she opened the doors to Kansas City Real Estate, Inc, located in the historic KC suburb of Lee’s Summit. Her talent for developing and managing a sales force has made Kansas City Real Estate, Inc. a company where excellence and success are the norm. 

As the market has changed, Fawn has continued to find solutions to hard questions. Her many designations attest to her passion for education and excellence. In 2010 she earned the coveted CIPS degree, Certified International Property Specialist, giving her better access to world markets and recognition among international real estate professionals. Fawn is experience in navigating through foreclosure and short-sale transactions. She is a savvy real estate investor and can walk you through how to acquire a profitable investment portfolio.  

Fawn has been married to Charlie Brents for over 40 years. They have two children and eight grandchildren. Fawn is an event speaker who enjoys presenting instructional and inspirational talks to women’s groups. She is the author of a Bible study series and co-author of a women’s retreat event. She and Charlie enjoy travel, photography and Sunday dinners with family.
